'World Cooking Event' @ Ayakawa town

The so-called 'World Cooking Event' was held at Ayakawa town on 26th September 2015.

This event marked the 21st in the series that began in 1995. The first three events were coordinated by another individual.

I had the pleasure and honor of taking over the coordination from the 4th event in 1998.

Since then, 171 students from 27 countries had graciously offered to cook some of their national dishes.

This year, we had five students from Indonesia, two from Bangladesh, and one from Costa Rica.

They managed to cook some magnificent dishes within the allotted two hours.

We had a fine time tasting the wonderful food.

Following which, a local band entertained us with some nice traditional Japanese tunes.

Many thanks to the students who helped us out this time...
