This competition is actually held under the auspice of 香川県国際交流連絡協議会 (approximately, Kagawa Prefecture Group of Associations with an interest in international affairs).
The secretariat for this loose amalgamation of associations is the Kagawa University International Office.
This is by virtue of the fact that, Kagawa University is host to the most number of international students in the prefecture.
The ceremony saw 6 students winning the awards.
We congratulate them, and wish them the best of luck in continuing their studies of the Japanese language.
