Meet to New Meat: Gibier and Vege meat (Lunch Presentation Meeting Series #082)

A very interesting talk on meat consumption was presented by Mana Fujisawa. To alleviate the situation of the conventional meat consumption, she focused on two alternative sources. One was the gibier meat, and the other, 'meat' made from vegetables. Twelve students attended this session, while Dancille acted as MC. (Lrong)
