Award ceremony for the 12th Japanese Language Essay Contest

The International Office is pleased to conduct the award ceremony for the 12th Japanese Language Essay Contest.
This competition is actually held under the auspice of 香川県国際交流連絡協議会 (approximately, Kagawa Prefecture Group of Associations with an interest in international affairs).
The secretariat for this loose amalgamation of associations is the Kagawa University International Office.
This is by virtue of the fact that, Kagawa University is host to the most number of international students in the prefecture.
The ceremony saw 6 students winning the awards.
We congratulate them, and wish them the best of luck in continuing their studies of the Japanese language.

Shanghai University (Lunch Presentation Meeting Series #063)

For the 63rd session in the series that began in 2011, Ting Ting Huang, a graduate exchange student from China, presented on her alma mater, Shanghai University.
Kagawa University and Shanghai University signed the first academic agreement in 2003, and we are happy to see exchange students getting involved.
In this session, seven international and seven Japanese students came to listen to the presentation.
This is the last session for the academic year 2015, and we shall start the presentations again in April 2016.
